Artist Statement
My work celebrates and explores femininity and queerness in all its forms. Often my work involves portraits of queer icons (like the below drawing of Claude Cahun - a genderqueer rebel who literally led a rebellion against the Nazis), and my work attempts to fight the feeling of disillusionment many minoritised people feel in the current climate. Like many women, queer, and working class people, I often feel exhausted with the weight of everything, and I hope my work is a safe-space for people like me, who feel just as exhausted.

Artist Biography
I am a 23-year-old artist from West Yorkshire, UK. My work has appeared both online and in print, and has been included in a few exhibitions, too. My work is primarily quite Gothic and surreal, with a few expressionist elements thrown in for good measure.
